Room at the Table
CAREER COACHING SPONSORSHIP
You deserve a career coach who understands your experiences.
The Room at the Table sponsorship program is a collaboration between Atypical Careers and the Autism Insights Foundation.
Each month, we will select one neurodivergent professional to receive a fully funded career coaching package (12 sessions, $1500 CAD value) with Atypical Careers.
Our goal is to help neurodivergent professionals, job seekers, and students overcome career barriers, navigate transitions, recover from or prevent burnout, and build sustainable work lives for themselves.
The Process Explained
Here’s what you can expect from the application and selection process.
-
To submit your sponsorship application, complete our Google Form.
In part 1, you’ll fill in some general info - your name, contact info, etc. You’ll also check a series of boxes that help us get to know your current work life situation.
For part 2, tell us why you would be a great candidate for the sponsorship! Choose your preferred submission format:
Option A: Written Statement (Max 500 words)
Option B: Video or Audio Recording (Max 3 minutes)
In the second half of the Google Form application, you’ll be able to upload or paste your response.
-
Check your email! Each month we’ll select one applicant from the past 6 months and contact them via email.
If you are contacted, you must accept within 72 hours, otherwise we’ll need to offer the sponsorship to the next available candidate.
